To market!

I had a WONDERFUL night last night. Baz Luhrmann's Australia was on TV, and as I hadn't seen it before I was quite excited. I don't know if it is my new expatriate status, but I LOVED IT! Oh, the scenery! The stereotypes! The idioms! Seriously - I had to translate nearly every line Hugh Jackman said in his opening scene to my Dutchman...

What was great about last night also was that watching Australia on a commercial channel - with ads - meant that I had about 4 hours in the lounge room last night. Not to be a couch potato, I set myself up at the dining table and got my craft on. It was the BEST Saturday night.

So, this afternoon I'm hijacking a corner of Sander's stall at The Sunday Market to sell off the results. I made up a few tried-and-true card designs, refreshed some others, and then got a bit creative. My favourite is the top image - some amazing vintage wallpaper remnants that made the trip from Oz. I only had really little scraps of this - just enough to grace the fronts of a standard greeting card. 100% recycled cardstock too, of course.
